Last nite dad has a good sleep. All parameters this morning are good. BP 115/50. SPO2=100% (with 35% O2).
Rosalind arrive about 9pm last nite & Hong SC came on Saturday.
Dr Leong See Odd (Kidney specialist) said - today all parameters remain the same.
Dr Teoh Tiong Ann (Surgeon) - dad seem to be better today. Response to pain when he press hard the tommy.
Dr Winston Jong (ICU specialist) said - dad is stable today.
Dr Tang Kok Foo (Neurologist & physician) - Temp coming down, seem to be good sign, dad is still alert & response to pain when he press hard. He said Sodium level is high, so called Dr Leong
to remove some during dialysis today.
Dr Cheong Tuck Hong (Lung specialist) - Lung seem to be better, no additional infection from lung X-ray & blood test. He said the present antibiotics are sufficient. He said we might get dad out off ICU but the bateria may come back again if dad immunity is low.
Dr Ting (Blood Specialist) said today blood count still low HB (8.4 as compare to 7.1 yesterday and also plasma level also low, so today need 1 pint of blood & 500ml of plasma transfusion.
To summarise, today all parameters are ok & treatment will be 4 hrs of dialysis to remove toxic, creatine & sodium. Will be given 1 pint of blood & 500ml of plasma.
Due to BP is stable, hence Levophed is stopped but Dopamine remain as 4.9ml/hr.
Overall my feeling is God is answering our plead & dad is getting better each day. We just have to cast out the demon of sickness.

Praise the Lord! Im so excited that dad is improving. We see gleam of hope. Though overhelmed by all that had happened, I choose to believe that God can do the impossible. I read Ps 10, v14 says"But you,o God, do see trouble & grief, you consider it to take it in hand" & v17 says"You hear o Lord the desire of the afflicted, you encourage them & you listen to their cry." God heard our heart cry.May God's name be glorified through this situation. I share with our Ps Robert, he is praying with us too.Shirley
God hears. God knows. God understands. Be tough. Hold His hands thigh. We are not alone. Our Heavenly Father is carrying us in His arms.
Remember take good care of yourself.

I was doing my qt on faith. Rahab, Gideon, Barak, Samsom and Jephthah, they all had one thing in common, they lived by faith. They did not plan ahead, instead they let God to be their one and only architect of life.
"Jesus replied, "Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you. "

That is how little faith God requires from us. When you have complete faith in God, you don't doubt God's sovereignty.
We have been questioning God all these while, why now, why the sufferings, why the agony? But, I think it is time for us to look at things from God's perspective,
What significance does this have for God? What does God get out from all these?
The world does not revolve around us, rather, around God. In this midst of great distress, I pray that all of us will stay united as one. Ecclesiastes 4:12 - "Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken." The power of unity as a body of Christ is undeniably strong. God bless.

Grandpa is indeed a strong fighter... He is now a well known Hero among my friends,they are all amazed by the strong will and determination of my beloved granddad.
As medical students...my friends and i learned a valuable lesson...Drs does not have the final say,but God the Almighty. We are just the helper of Lord Father. I really feel the movement of spirit during the prayer session... this is the Greatest miracle i that i have ever witness in my life.
Thanks to Jesus...because of His grace...seek Him... Praise the Lord !!!
